With experience in the financial and construction industries, she understands global commercialization, trade, customer relations, and infrastructure creation.
After developing her small businesses and encountering several failures, she sought mentors such as Desmond Tutu, Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robbins, Roger Kyosaky, and Dr. Wayne Dyer in search of inner power, personal growth, and well-founded leadership. She is a member of the Washington DC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Committee, Johnson County Art Council Advisory Board, and Board Member of Ethlin’s Hope in Kenya for Girls and Boys.
She was born in Colombia, South America, in a family with German heritage. Her mother had a political background, while her father had to beat the odds, by fighting poverty and an 8th grade education, eventually becoming a successful wine entrepreneur.
From her mother she learned a passion for art, focus, and the value of knowledge. From her father she learned discipline and courage.
She studied at Taller 5 Design University in Colombia Industrial Design, and continued Architecture and Restoration of fine old art and antiquities in Italy while working several jobs.
In 1999, she moved to the United States due to persecution. She was a single mother of a 2-year-old, struggling to speak and understand English and its culture. She was driven to succeed no matter the challenges. She studied Finance, Global Trading, Stock Exchanges, and Macro Economics while developing and growing businesses from a Coin Operated Candy Machine route and a construction company, to a national concrete floor polishing company. She received the LBAN Latino Business Administration Network Certification from Stanford University School of Business in 2020 and is participating in the School of Business in Wharton University.
Today her manufacturing facility specializes in producing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), for example, N95 Masks, N99 Masks, Surgical Masks, all based on sustainable and renewable products, like Bamboo, that are gentle to our ecosystem and planet. Also are negotiating Carbon Credits and Carbon Offsets from her bamboo farms project.
The most unique thing about Iveth is that she is hemispherical lateralized, meaning she can use both sides of her brain equally.
Iveth believes and has learned through experience that sacrifice and endurance is the catalyst to accomplishment. It takes courage, discipline and the ability to stay focused, along with a well developed sense of humanity. She is respectful of God, family and the Universe and hopes to change the world by bettering the environment through Green Resources Consulting.
